Controlled Environment
The greatest foes of acrylic panels are UV light and humidity. When exposed, it can cause discoloration, surface damage, sagging, and cracking. Presence of harsh chemicals are also prohibited as these can cause significant damage to its smooth and transparent surface. Keep the area clean and dust free to avoid dirt seeping into its surface.

Proper Support
Lay the panels on a level, sturdy, and solid surface to prevent sagging. Wooden pallets are recommended, but if you are at your home and there are no available pallets in sight, it is enough to place them on flat surfaces. When stacking, it is recommended to use dividers or spacers to avoid friction and pressure points. Stack together with the largest sheets at the bottom to avoid excessive pressure and unsupported overhangs. If you’re storing vertically, it is recommended to place them in customized racks to hold its weight and maintain its shape.

Careful Handling

By doing so, we prevent accidental collision of materials, laying heavy objects atop the panel, or accidentally placing them in areas where they can be rained on or exposed to sun. Due to its sensitive surface, all panels are equipped with a removable film for temporary surface protection. This layer is designed to be tough to last yet can be peeled off easily, to ensure the material’s quality. It is recommended to peel these only after application to keep the surface clean and scratch free.
